Dear Mr. Martin:

Your letter dated November 18, 1986 forwarded the Notice
of Violation for Inspection Report No. 50-352/86-19 for Limerick
Generating Station.
The Notice of Violation, as described in
Appendix A, addresses one item which does not appear to be in
full compliance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission
requirements.
The item of concern was a number of Assessment
Aids which apparently did not perform their' intended function in
accordance with NRC requirements.
The specific response to this violation is designated as
Safeguards Information and is presented in Appendix A of this
letter,

It is hereby requested that Appendix A of this letter be
withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Sections 2.790 and
73.21 of the Commission's rules.
An affidavit which sets forth
the grounds in support of this request is attached.
