50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRO-50-327/85002 REVISION 1 On September 16, 1986, TVA provided a revised licensee event report and special report providing details concerning items of noncompliance with Appendix R of 10 CFR 50.
This revision provided additional corrective action to ensure adequate protection of conduit. This event was reported in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73, paragraph a.2.ii, special report requirements,of Technical Specification 3.7.12, and License Condition 2.H of the unit 2 operating license. However, the cover letter erroneously specified that the report number was SQRO-50-327/86002 Revision 1 instead of the correct designation of SQRO-50-327/85002 Revision 1.
The report number on the enclosure (NRC forms 366 and 366A) is correct.
