Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified of a Potentially Reportable Deficiency in Reference (A), an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B) and Time Exten-sions were issued by References (C) and (D). At that time, it was esti-mated that a Final Report would be available by March 14, 1986.

Auditing of the GE facility is currently being conducted to verify implementation of corrective action identified in the accepted GE responses.

It.is now expected that this information will be finalized by April 14, 1986, at which time a complete report will be submitted.
