Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361 and 50-362 Physical Security Plan Changes, Revision 10A San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 By letter dated June 30, 1986, Revision 10 to the " Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Units 1, 2 and 3" was forwarded to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for review pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p). The enclosure provides a chronology of the current status of Revisions 0 through 11 to this Plan.
This letter responds to Revision 10 textual changes discussed between Mr. A.
McQueen, Region V Safeguards Inspector, and tir. R. Beatty, SONGS Security Compliance, during September 1986. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), enclosed are six (6) copies of the description of the Revision 10A textual' changes discussed by Messrs. McQueen and Beatty.
The revised changes described in the enclosure do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this Plan.
The enclosure contains " Safeguards Information" and must be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
