McGuire Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-369 and 50-370 ASME Code Section XI Hydrostatic Testing Requirements Exemption
Dear Mr. Denton:
My letter of August 27, 1986 submitted a request for relief (pursuant to 10CFR50.55a(g)(5)(iii)) from ASME Code Section XI Hydrostatic Testing Requirements on portions of the Units 1 and 2 safety injection systems. In accordance with the applicable sections of 10CFR170, the submittal indicated that an application fee of $150.00 was being enclosed. However, the $150.00 check was inadvertently omitted from the submittal. Consequently, please find enclosed the required check. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
