SUMMARY
- NEW NRC REACTOR INSPECTION AND OVERSIGHT PROCESS On June 28,1999, the NRC staff held a meeting to discuss with interested parties and the public the new NRC reactor inspection and oversight process. The location of the meeting was at the USNRC Technical Training Center,5746 Marlin Road, Suite 200, Chattanooga, TN. The meeting was conducted because the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, located in Hamilton County, TN, near Chattanooga, had been selected as a pilot plant to implement this new inspection and oversight process, it is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial in that it provided the NRC staff an opportunity to discuss the new reactor inspection and oversight process with interested parties and the public.

- NEW NRC REACTOR INSPECTION AND OVERSIGHT PROCESS On June 28,1999, the NRC staff held a meeting to discuss with interested parties and the public the new NRC reactor inspection and oversight process.
