INVESTIGATION OF CATAWBA RELATED ALLEGATIONS This refers to our telephone conversations regard ry: the possible false statements made by an individual during the C.tawba Licensing Hearing and the failure by a Region II employee to eport information received during interviews.
It is my understanding that DIA will conduct all interviews pertaining to the failure f.o report informatio,n by the Region II employee and has agreed that DIA w.uld not investigate the possible false statement by the individual as t ut falls under the purview of OI. GI:RII will evaluate the informat o.i including any which is developed by OIA during its in'vestigation of the Region II employee, for investigatory merit regarding the pos:ible false statement.

the Georgia office of the.American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) requests:
copies of any and all DOL records and information, including, but not limited to:
- notes, letters, memoranda, drafts, minutes,
- diaries, logs, calendars,
- tapes, transcripts, summaries, interview reports, procedures, instructions, engineering
- analyses, drawings,
- files, graphs,
- charts, maps, photographs, agreements, handwritten
- notes, studies, data
- sheets, notebooks,
- books, telephone
- messages, computations,- interim and/or final reports, status reports, and any and all ~ other records relevant to and/or generated in e
connection with NRC's internal investigation by the Office of Inspector and Auditor or others, of Region 2 investigator, Bruno Uryc.
The request includes, but is not limited to, any and all NRC records and information regarding Bruno Uryc's mishandling of the allegations of whistleblowers.
Because the ACLU is a non-profit organization established to protect the civil liberties guaranteed by the Constitution of the United
