Your January 13, 1987 letter to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, PG.and E Letter No.:
DCL-87-008, requested the withdrawal of the Emergency Plan Standard Operating Procedure III.25 for the California Men's Colony, San Luis Obispo.
This procedure was an enclosure to your October 28, 1986 letter (No. DCL-86-316) addressed to Mr. John B. Martin, Regional Administrator, USNRC Region V.
In accordance with your request and 10 CFR 2.790(c), we are returning two of the three copies of the procedure you sent to this office as an enclosure to this letter.
The third copy of the procedure has been destroyed.
