TVA hereby requests an extension of its special nuclear material license, SNM-1861 for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant Unit i until October 31, 1988 or upon conversion of construction permit No. CPPR-91 to an operating license, whichever is earlier. SNM-1861 is dated September 5,1979 and our application was dated June 8, 1979 and the supplements thereto.
SNM-1861 will expire on October 31, 1986.
In accordance with 10 CFR 170.ll(a)(5) an amendment fee is not required.
