Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 140 In accordance with 10CFR50.90 AND 10CFR50.91 GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requests a change to Appendix A of the license.
The change is to Section 4.4 of the Technical Specifications and is needed to demonstrate operability of the Electromatic Relief Valves at system pressures representative of normal operating parameters. We request that the change be approved and issued no later than October 17, 1986 in order to support Cycle 11 start-up and that the amendment become effective immediately upon issuance.
This change request has been reviewed in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.
