f Attached, please find 3 copies of changes to the Security Plan Amendment 12 submitted I
by the referenced letter.
The changes to Amendment 12 were due to discussions with the technical reviewer for the NRC. This amendment is submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) and reflects a change to the PVNGS Security Plan which does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The attachment contains Safeguards Information which must be protected against un-authorized disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21 and is there-fore to be withheld from public disclosure with 10 CFR 2.790(d).
Please ensure aperopriate steps are taken to safeguard its contents.
