CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION UNDER THE PROVISION OF i 10CFR51.22(c)(11)
By letter dated November 17, 1986, General Electric Company requested amendment of its Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM.960 to require the review of all criticality analyses and thus relieve the manager of the criticality safety function of the responsibility for determining which analyses should receive review. The amendment also requests that the Vallecitos Technical Safety Council not be required to meet quarterly as long as the decision not to meet in any quarter is a conscious one and documented.
