Subject:
FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN REVISIONS General Electric Company hereby submits proposed revisions (dated 12/10/86) to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) for the fuel fabrication facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. contains a descriptive listing of the changes which require NRC approval prior to implementation, and Attachment 2 contains the revised pages.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), General Electric requests this information be withheld from public disclosure as this material identifies General Electric procedures for safeguarding licensed special nuclear material.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.31, a check for $150 for processing this request will be forwarded to the NRC under separate cover.
