EXAMINATION REPORT NUMBER 50-298-OL-86-02 On June 2 and 3, 1986, two Reactor Operator operating retake examinations were administered by the NRC. On August 7,1986, one Reactor Operator written examination was administered. The results of these examinations have been discussed with the facility training staff.
