Enclosed please find Revision 2 to the Nine Mile Point Physical Security Plan. The specific changes are set forth in Attachment A.
These changes, are being made in accordance with 10CFR 50.54(p).
Supporting information, which demonstrates that the' changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan or Security Program, is set forth in Attachment B.
Furthermore, we request an additional 60 days for the implementation of the
. Security System's automatic CCTV assessment feature as described in Attachment B.
These changes have been discussed with Mr. W. Martin of Region I (I&E).
We hereby request that the material submitted with this letter be withheld from public disclosure in that it contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10CFR 73.21.
