NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCTION PERMITS The U. S, Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has issued Amendment No. 9 to Construction Permits Nos. CPPR-135 and CPPR-136 for the Seabrook Station, Units 1 and 2, to show a change in ownership shares.
By letters, dated March 26,1986. June 1,1986, July 22,1986, and September 2, 1986, Public Service Company of New Hampshire requested partial transfer of Construction Permit Nos CPPR-135 and CPPR-136 fcr the Seabrook Station, Units 1 and 2, to reflect a reallocation of ownership interests from Bangor Hydro-Electric Company, Central Maine Power Company, Central Vermont Public Service Corporation, Fitchburg Gas & Electric Company and Maine Public Service Company to EUA Power Corporation in an aggregate ownership share of 12.13240%.
The issuance of this amendment to Construction Permit Nos. CPPR-135 and CPPR-136 complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's regulations. The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commission's regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which is set forth in Amendment No. 9.

PDR The current Construction Permit holders for the Seabrook Station are:
Canal Electric Company, Connecticut light and Power Company, EUA Power Corporation, Hudson I.ight and Power Department, Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company, Montaup Electric Company, New England Power Company, New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc., Public Service Company of New Hampshire, Taunton Municipal lighting Plant, United Illuminating Company and Vermont Electric Generation and Transmission Cooperative, Inc.
