staff's positions delineated in GL 83-28 for Action Items 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.2.1, i

3.2.2, 4.1, and 4.5.1.

Your responses to items 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.2.1, 4.1, and 4.5.1 were found to be adequate and meet the intent of GL 83-28; however, your
