INTERVENORS' MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF PAGE LIMIT FOR BRIEF Intervenors Bridget Little Rorem, et al. , by their undersigned counsel, move for extension of the 75 page limit for Intervenors' Brief in this proceeding. In support of their motion, Intervenors state:

1. Despite diligent efforts , Intervenors have been unable to achieve the 75-page goal for their brief.
2. Applicant encountered a similar problem and was granted leave to file a brief of 106 pages. Intervenors' Brief is considerably shorter than Applicant's Brief.
3. Intervenors' Proposed Findings of Fact are well within the 200 page limit set by the Licensing Board for proposed findings.
4. When the Board set the 75 page limit for briefs, it suggested that it would be willing to entertain reasonable motions for extension of page limits if the parties had difficulty complying with the limit. Tr. 18013, 18016-17.
