The Affidavit of Stephen G. Kurtz, Principal of Phillips Exeter Academy, concerning the Applicants' petition in the Seabrook offsite emergency planning proceeding regarding reduction in the emergency planning zone for Seabrook Station nuclear power reactor has been received.
