We have received a copy of your application dated December 30, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application requires NRC review and approval of the analysis of firewater cooldown for 39% power operation at the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $150 for your December 30, 1986 request. Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your cpplication in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
