We have received a copy of your application dated November 24, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application requests NRC approval of deferring completion of the modifications to the Switchgear Room Halon System to the 1987 refueling outage or the first outage of at least eight weeks duration commencing after January 1,1987, for the Haddam Neck Plant.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $150 for your November 24, 1986 request. Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
