We have received your memo dated August 11, 1986 (VP-86-0072) regarding changes you wish to make to your commitments for cleanliness controls in the Residual Heat Removal (RHR) complex and have reviewed the subject changes. We find your request to impose Zone III cleanliness requirements for the RHR roof and reservoir areas only during maintenance and modification activities to be an acceptable change to your previous commitment.
