Dear Administrative Judges:
Following the issuance of the Board's Memorandum and Order of March 25, 1987, ruling on summary disposition motions, the parties to this proceeding conducted discussions concerning a schedule for the completion of hearings on the two contentions which were not summarily dismissed.
They have authorized me to advise you that we have agreed to propose the-following schedule to the Board:
Tuesday, June 23, 1987 Deadline for each party to identify the witnesses who will testify with respect to each contention.
