Youngblood In the Matter of ) Docket Nos. 50-327 Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT - TECitNICAL SPECIFICATION tr(ANCE 78 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the technical specifications of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2 (enclosure 1). The proposed changes delete limiting condition for operation 3.3.3.6, surveillance requirement 4.3.3.6, and the associated bases (units 1 and 2). These changes are based on an analysis which indicates that the detectors provide no significant margin to safety. The justification for the proposed technical specification changes is provided in enclosure 2. A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration is provided in enclosure 3.

Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by 10 CFR 170.12.
