This refers to your December 12, 1986 letter provided in response to our November
13, 1986 letter.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and p'ventive actions documented in
your letter.
These actions will be reviewed during our continuing inspections at
your facility.
Your letter requested our consideration of the violation cited during the subject
inspection on the basis of information that you provided in Attachment A to your
letter. We have reviewed that information and find that the violation is correct
as cited. Our bases for that finding are contained in Enclosure 1 to this letter.
Enclosure 1 to this letter and Appendix A to your letter are deemed to be Safeguards
Information as described in 10 CFR 73.21 and, as such, are exempt from public dis-
closure.
Therefore, they will not be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
