Revision To FSAR Figure 13.1-5
Dear Sir:
Review of SSER-5, Chapter 13, has determined that a discrepancy exists between the organization chart shown in the FSAR (Figure 13.1-5) and the organization chart shown in the Seabrook Station Technical Specifications (Figure 6.2-2).
The Technical Specification Figure (6.2-2) is correct. The figure in the FSAR (13.1-5) is incorrect. Attached for your information is en annotated Figure 13.1-5 showing the revised organization. This change makes FSAR Figure 13.1-5 consistent with Technical Specification Figure 6.2-2.
This change will be formally updated in a future amendment to the FSAR.
