Dear Administrative Judges:
By letter dated August 27, 1986, the Licensing Board specifically inquired about the incorporation of information on reception centers into the emergency plan for the Savannah River Plant (SRP) in South Carolina.
In response to the letter in question, Applicants on September 5,1986, wrote to the Board and enclosed a " Supplemental Affidavit of Kevin P.
Twine on Contention EP-5" which addresses an upcoming revision to the SRP Plan which will include information on reception centers.
Mr. Twin's Affidavit states that the revision in question will be completed no later than November 5, 1986.
By copy of this letter, the Staff is requesting Applicants to provide a copy of the revision to the NRC Staff and FEMA so that we may determine whether the revision has in fact been amended to include the information reflected in Mr. Twine's initial affidavit on this subject (such as the location of the SRP reception centers and their capacities).
