APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF MATERIAL LICENSE DATED, NOVEMBER 20, 1985 AND OUR REQUEST FOR INFORMATION IN OUR TELEPHONE CONVERSATION ON AUGUST 1, 1986 Gentlemen:
This concerns the subject application for material license and our telephone conversation in which we notified you that the application was deficient and that certain additional information was required.
In our conversation we requested that (1) you provide a better description of the chemical / physical form of your U-233 and U-235 sources, (2) you clarify
-whether the boundaries of the Columbia University campus and Barnard College are the same as in the September 18, 1980 application, and (3) you clarify whether there were any other places of use for the materials on the license.
You are hereby notified that unless within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice we receive the additional information requested, we will consider that you have abandoned your application.
This action is without prejudice to the resubmission of an application.
