This confirms our plans discussed on August 26, 1986, between Messrs. J. DuBay
and R. Kelm of your staff and Mr. J. R. Creed of this office to meet with you
and other. members of your staff at 9:00 a.m. (EST) on September 23, 1986 at
the Enrico Fermi Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 2, located in Newport, Michigan.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss specific inspection findings of a
recent security inspection (50-341/86025) and general performance of the
security program at the Fermi 2 facility.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this meeting.
