CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS This confirms the arrangements made between a member of your staff and Mr. J. B.
Hopkins of NRC Headquarter's Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, concerning a meeting to be conducted in the Region II office on September 4,1986, at 10:00 a.m.
This meeting was requested to discuss changes incorporated as Revision 15 to the V. C. Summer Nuclear Station Radiological Emergency Plan, which we've determined to be inconsistent with 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Part IV C.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them further.
