APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("the Commission"), Omaha Public Power District, holder of Facility Operating License No. DPR-40, herewith requests that Sections 5.5.2.2, 5.5.2.8, 5.5.2.9, 5.5.2.10, 5.10.2, 5.12, Table 3-7, and Figure 5-1 of the Technical Speci-fications set forth.in Appendix A to that License be amended to:
(1) change the titles of senior District management positions, (2) revise the surveillance cap-sule removal schedule, and (3) remove sections requiring compliance with sched-ules that have been superseded by Federal Regulations.
The proposed changes in Technical Specifications are set forth in Attachment A to this Application. A discussion and justification, which demonstrates that the proposed changes do not involve significant hazards considerations, is appended in Attachment B.
Pursuant to Part 170 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear Regu-latory Commission, a check for the application fee, $150.00, accompanies this Application. The proposed changes in spacifications would not authorize any change in the types or any increase in the amounts of effluents or any change in the authorized power level of the facility.
WEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Sections 5.5.2.2, 5.5.2.8, 5.5.2.9, 5.5.2.10, 5.10.2, 5.12, Table 3-7, and Figure 5-1 of Appendix A to facility Operating License No. DPR-40 be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
