REFERRAL TO THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (CASENO. 1-84-022)

This office intends to refer the enclosed 01 Report of Investigation to the Department of Justice for prosecutive consideration as discussed in the referral letter attached to the report.

In keeping with Commission approved guidelines for 0I referrals, a copy is herewith provided for consultation purposes.

Since the investigation has developed evidence that deliberate false statements were made to the NRC, a copy of this report will also be provided to the Commission.
