By letters dated February 26,1987 and March 11, 1987. tr.e Owners Gi ouu submitted Addendum 1 to Topical Report WCAP-10858-P-A entitled "AC/d Generic Design Package" and Report No. WCAP-ll439 entitled "MethodicaH y Engineered, Restructured, and Improved Technical $pecifications MERITE Program - Phase I March 1987," respectively, to the Office (4 Nuclear Reactor Regu16 tion (ONRR) for review. Under the provisions of 10 CR 170.21.J, requests for review of topical reports and revisicas or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an application fee of $150. Subsequently, companies are to be hided at six-montS intervalsorwhentherr.Mewiscompleted(Section170.12(f))forfull costs up to $20,000 for each topica' report or ravision to an accepted tcpical report. The Owners Group's requests were tot accompanied by the required application fees of $300. Therefore, it is requested that you revoit the two tpplic6 tion fees to our office.
