Davis has been assigned as a permanent Project Manager on Palo Verde 1, 2 and 3 along with Mr. E. Licitra. We would appreciate you notifying the licensee that Mr. Davis has the need for unescorted access to the three units.

We in NRR/PD7 will make the appropriate arrangements to fulfill the necessary licenseee requirements for such access.
