CONFIRMATION OF MEETING - SEQUOYAH - DOCKET NOS. 50-327 AND 50-328 This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R. L. Gridley of your staff and Mr. G. G. Zech on August 18, 1986, concerning an enforcement conference to be conducted at the Region II Office on August 25, 1986, at 1:00 p.m.
We requested this conference to discuss the apparent breakdown of Sequoyah's Surveillance Program.
