This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted by-
- L. Watsu and F. McCoy on October 20-24 and December 1-5, .1986.
The inspection
' included a review of activities authorized for your Vogtle facility.

your staff. identified in the enclosed inspection report.
