The proposed change replaces Figure 3.6-1.

The new figure displays operating pressure-temperature curves for various conditions.

Minor typographical corrections are also made on the affected pages.

The proposed change to the Technical Specifications is included as Attachment I to this application.

The Safety Evaluation for this change is included as Attachment II.
