Your Inspection Report No. 50-410/86-65 requested a 30-day response to Violation B noted in the Inspection Report.
However, due to delays in receiving your Inspection Report, additional time is needed to provide the response. Accordingly, Niagara Mohawk requests that the date for responding to this violation be extended to March 27, 1987.
