Subject: Requalification Program Evaluation Report No. 50-336/86-25(0L)
From November 1986 to February 1987, the NRC audited the administration of your
annual requalification examination. Areas evaluated during this audit are
described in the NRC Region I Requalification Program Evaluation Report which
.is enclosed with this letter.
The annual requalification examinations were
found to be adequate to identify individual and generic weaknesses. However,
future NRC audits of this program will emphasize your effectiveness in iden-
tifying individual weaknesses during the conduct of the operating examinations.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commissions regulations, a copy of this
letter and the enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
