Submitted for your review are revised pages to the Safety Analysis Report (SAR) for the Model No. CNS 21-300, Type A, Radwaste Shipping Container.

These changes are required to incorporate the load distribution pallet (reference CNSI Drawing 1-298-101A, enclosed) which was previously approved for use with cask liners but inadvertently omitted during the SAR consolidation of August 1985.

Also enclosed is payment in the amount of

$150.00 (one-hundred and fifty dollars) as the application fee for this minor revision.
