ORDER AUTHORIZING DISMANTLING OF FACILITY AND DISPOSITION OF COMPONENT PARTS - THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS TRIGA REACTOR The Commission has issued the enclosed Order that authorizes facility dismantling and disposition of component parts for Operating License No. R-92, in accordance with your application dated May 3,1985, as supplemented.
Copies of the Finding of No Significant Environmental Impact, which has been published in the Federal Register, the Safety Evaluation and the Environmental Assessment are also enclosed.
