- Columbia, SC
- Plant, originally submitted January 31, 1986 (LA-86-06), and revised March 31, 1986 (LA 36-21) and September 30, 1986 (LA 86-74).
Two copies of the revised Application have been express mailed to your reviewers, Messrs. Jackson and Joy, the other two copies of the revised Application are in this separate mailing.
The revision is submitted in the form of changed and/or new pages as necessary to repond to " Comments Questions" enclosed with your December 16, 1986 letter (as supplemented by the January 16, 1987 note to Mike Smith from R.

Joy);
to incorporate applicable Part 70 Plan Amendments and 70.32 approvals issued since the last revision of the Part 74 Plan Application; and. to correct typographical errors.
A key to revision notations is enclosed as Attachment 1.
