Freedom of Information Act Request for Records Dear Gentlemen By Memorandum and Order CLI-74-10 dated March 19, 1974, the Commission referred to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board on Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2 one or more petitions to suspend construction based on alleged newly discovered geological questions.
In accordance with the provisions of the FOIA, I request a copy of all such petitions and a copy of any Licensing Board Crder(s)
Director Decision (s) or further Commission order (s) responding to such petition (s).
There is a possibility that such requests by intervenors were considered by the Diablo Board in or around April 1974 and November 1974.
Our limited search in the NRC Public Document Room did not turn up these documents.
We agree to pay the cost of fulfulling this request, up to
$200.00.
