Security Plan Amendment 13.

Attached please find 3 copies of changes to Amendment 13 of the PVNGS Security Plan.

Amendment 13 was submitted by the referenced letter and has been chan8ed in response to discussions with the Region V Security Plan Reviewer. The changes involve rewording Section 10, deleting Appendix A, and modifying figure 3-1.

These changes are submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) and reflect revi-sions to the PVNGS Security Plan which do not decrease the safe 8uards effective-ness of the plan.

The attachment contains Safe 8uards Information which must be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21 and is, therefore, to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d). Please ensure appropriate steps are taken to safeguards its contents.
