' As a result of the inspection conducted-during the period.Janudy 9 through 16 J.and January 22,11987,.and in' accordance with NRC Enforcement Policy,10 CFR4 Part.2, Appendix C, the following violation was identified:

requires-the Shift Supervisor / Emergency Coordinator;to oeclare an unusual event upon-the receipt of a. security. threat that "causes the Security:
