Enclosed is Omaha Public Power District's " Application for Amendment of Operating License" which seeks to amend the fort Calhoun Station Technical Specifications to reflect changes which are necessary in order to support Cycle 11 operation.
As has been discussed with Mr. W. A. Paulson, the approval of these specifications is required before restart following the 1987 refueling outage.
Also attached pursuant to 10 CfR 5170.21 is a check for the application fee of
$150.00.
