Proposed Changes to LCO 4.6.1 of the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications
REFERENCE:
PSC letter, dated 1/21/87, Williams to Berkow (P-87023)
Dear Mr. Berkow:
PSC recently submitted proposed changes to LCO 4.6.1, Auxiliary Electric System, of the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications (see Referenced letter). After further consideration, PSC has decided to not pursue these changes. This is due to the extensive resources necessary to implement this change.
These proposed changes were administrative changes only and in no way constituted a change to the technical requirements of LCO 4.6.1.
Therefore, PSC is withdrawing the proposed changes to LCO 4.6.1 submitted in the referenced letter.
