Your letters dated August 19, 1985 and June 3, 1986, requested addi-tional information to support Invoice Nos. 00155 and D0156 dated January 23, 1985. These invoices were for costs for.the review of your application for operating licenses for South Texas Unit Nos. I and 2 through June 1984 This letter is to inform you that we have not forgotten your requests.
The demands on our staff required for the administration of the fee s
provisions of 10 CFR 170 and the new 10 CFR 171 (effective October 20, 1986) have been too extensive to permit us to fill requests such as s
yours.
It is our hope and projected goal to respond to your requests by l
April 30,1987.
