REQUEST FOR COMMENT / CONCURRENCE ON THE PART 50 REVISION TO TIMING REQUIREMENTS FOR FULL PARTICIPATION EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISES FOR (PROPOSED Rule POWER REACTORS PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF AN OPERATING LICENSE The Division of Rules and Records (DRR) has received a copy of the attached rule for its coments/ concurrence.
We will review the rule for compliance with Federal Register and NRC publication requirements and provide TIDC with a copy for its coments/ concurrence on the Paperwork Management aspects of the package.
DRR will provide TIDC with a copy of its comment / concurrence memorandum to the rule contact and requests that TIDC reciprocate.
