Fursuant to 10CFR 50.54(p), please find attached five (3) copies of Revision 6 to the Catawba Safeguards Contingency Plan. Revision 6 was developed to address several changes and additions to Figures within the plan. Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment. Revision 6 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Catawba Safeguards Contingency Plan.
This material is applicable to security provisions at Catawba Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
